Brock & Marta take you through several isometric exercises, which are great for balance and muscular strength.
Then they take you through a full-body stretching routine, terrific for relaxing and speeding recovery of muscles.
Combine the following ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- ¾ cup ground flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
Spread the "breading" mixture on a large plate.
Take 2 Avocados and slice each into 8 equal-sized pieces.
Roll each piece in the "breading" mixture and place on a dehydrator sheet.
Dehydrate at 105 F for 5-6 hours and serve with your favourite dip!
