Ingredients:
- 1 pound firm tofu
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 minced white onion
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
Crumble the tofu with your hands. Mix in the other ingredients well. Serve topped on salad or pizza.
