Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
• 5 dried rice wraps
• 4 oz vermicelli
• ½ cup carrots, raw shredded
• 2 leaves romaine lettuce, shredded
• 5 leaves fresh basil/cilantro
• warm water
