I will be 54 in a couple of

I will be 54 in a couple of weeks and I try to run 5 km at least 3 times a week and on some of the off days I bike, stair climb, do resistance training (equalizer bars are great for that) and of course stretching. The newest addition to my exercise "props" is a hula hoop. Great fun and good for the waistline. I see people 10 or more years older than me that make my routine look like a walk in the park. Anyway, I loved that episode Brock and Marta. Good info and inspirational too.

I'm 29 and I would say that I'm pretty active - running is my favourite form of exercise! But I also enjoy doing functional training and spinning. You're right Brock, at the gym I see a lot of "elderly" people putting younger people to shame!! Age is just a number - I know a man in his seventies who kicks butt at the gym!!! :)
